Concert definition

Concert means a live or physical performance of music by one or more musicians or singers; [definition of "concert" inserted by section 2(a) of Government Notice 943 of 2020] [definition of "contact sport" inserted by section 2(b) of Government Notice 751 of 2020 and deleted by section 2(b) of Government Notice 943 of 2020][definition of "entertainment event" inserted by section 2(a) of Government Notice 943 of 2020 and deleted by section 2(a) of Government Notice 1062 of 2020]
Concert means an assembly of 125 or more patrons at any given time for the purpose to provide or enjoy musical performances or another similar event for which tickets are sold or entry fees charged.

Concert has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
