All warranties and guarantees against any defect in the Work shall apply from the date of acceptance by APS of the Completed Work and shall continue for a period of one (1) year thereafter, or the manufacturer’s standard warranty, whichever is longer Provided, however, in the event the Contract Documents require a Warranty in excess of one (1) year, the longer term shall apply as applicable.
Completed Work and stored products shall be suitably protected during inclement weather to allow Work to proceed in a timely fashion.
Completed Work shall be free of dents, tool marks, warpage, buckling, open joints and any and all other defects.
Completed Work includes the achievement of lead dust clearance levels as described by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Lead-based Paint Poisoning Prevention in Certain Residential Structures regulations, 24 CFR Part 35.
Completed Work shall include materials and equipment not incorporated in the Work but delivered to the work site and suitably stored.
