Competitive Loan definition

Competitive Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.04.
Competitive Loan means a Loan from a Lender to the Borrower pursuant to the bidding procedure described in Section 2.03. Each Competitive Loan shall be a Eurodollar Competitive Loan or a Fixed Rate Loan.
