The Company will file in a timely manner all reports and other documents required of it as a reporting company under the Exchange Act and, during the Commitment Period, will not take any action or file any document (whether or not permitted by Exchange Act or the rules thereunder) to terminate or suspend its reporting and filing obligations under the Exchange Act.
The proposed Borrowing Date specified in each Notice of Borrowing shall be a Business Day falling during the Commitment Period with respect to Revolving Loans.
