Commitment Period definition

Commitment Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and expiring upon the date of termination of this Agreement in accordance with Section 10.01.
Commitment Period means the period commencing on the earlier to occur of (i) the Effective Date, or (ii) such earlier date as the Company and the Investor may mutually agree in writing, and expiring on the earliest to occur of (x) the date on which the Investor shall have made payment of Advances pursuant to this Agreement in the aggregate amount of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000), (y) the date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 2.5, or (z) the date occurring twenty-four (24) months after the Effective Date.

  • The Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver to the Administrative Agent, on each Settlement Date during the Revolving Commitment Period, a report setting forth the aggregate amount of Tranche B Loans and the aggregate amount of Tranche C Loans the Borrower anticipates (as of such Settlement Date) requesting from the Lenders during the calendar month following such Settlement Date.

  • If the number of Batches ordered (or deemed to be ordered) by the Collaboration Partners during any Biannual Minimum Volume Commitment Period falls short of the applicable Biannual Minimum Volume Commitment, the amount of such shortfall shall be a “Biannual Minimum Volume Deficit”.
