Collateral Value Amount definition

Collateral Value Amount means an amount equal to (a) seventy percent (70%) multiplied by (b) the Collateral Value as of such date for each Borrowing Base Asset.
Collateral Value Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) fifty-five percent (55.0%), multiplied by (b) the BBP Value as of such date.
