Client-supplied Materials means any materials to be supplied by or on behalf of Client to Catalent for Catalent to conduct the Development Program, as provided in the Development Program, including Drug and reference standards.

• Client-Supplied Materials must be delivered by Client to the Facility in accordance with the provisions of Table A (as set forth in Section 7.4, below) and in sufficient quantities to enable Patheon to perform the Services.

More Definitions of Client-supplied Materials

Client-supplied Materials means any materials to be supplied by or on behalf of Client, including API, to Catalent for Processing or Packaging, as provided in Exhibit C.

Client-supplied Materials means any materials to be supplied by or on behalf of Client to PCI for Packaging, as provided in Attachment A, including Bulk Product, artwork and labeling.
