Examples of Client Intellectual Property in a sentence
During the Term of this Agreement, CLIENT hereby grants to LONZA a fully-paid, non-exclusive license under any and all CLIENT Intellectual Property that is necessary for LONZA to perform its obligations under this Agreement for the sole and limited purpose of LONZA’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
The License set forth in this Section 11.2.1 does not include any right or license to perform services using CLIENT Intellectual Property on behalf of any Third Party, and no license is granted from CLIENT to use CLIENT Intellectual Property to manufacture or supply any product for any Third Party (or to sell or otherwise provide any such product to any Third Party), and LONZA agrees that it and its Affiliates shall not do so without the express prior written consent of CLIENT.
