Examples of Class E in a sentence
The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes (collectively, the “Notes”) are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture and subject to the subordination provisions therein.
The Class D, Class E, Class F and Class G Certificates will be issuable only in denominations corresponding to initial Certificate Principal Balances as of the Closing Date of $100,000 and in integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, neither the Certificate Registrar nor the Owner Trustee shall have any obligation to determine the total number of Certificateholders, Certificate Owners and beneficial owners of the Class E Notes or whether any transfer would cause the number of Certificateholders, Certificate Owners and beneficial owners of the Class E Notes to exceed the 100-holder limitation.
No sale or transfer of a Certificate (or beneficial interest therein) shall be permitted (including, without limitation, by pledge or hypothecation), and no such sale or transfer shall be effective under the Trust Agreement, if the sale or transfer thereof increases to more than 100 the sum of the number of Certificateholders of any Definitive Certificates, the number of Certificate Owners of any Book-Entry Certificates and the number of beneficial owners of the Class E Notes.
Alternatively, if the Training Provider is a TAFE Institute or a Dual Sector University as defined in the Act, or a Learn Local Organisation, it may confirm an individual’s eligibility for the Asylum Seeker VET Program by using the Commonwealth Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) to confirm the individual holds a valid: Bridging Visa Class E (BVE); Safe Haven Enterprise Visa (SHEV); or Temporary Protection Visa (TPV).
