Class A-2 Distribution Amount definition

Class A-2 Distribution Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of (x) the Class A-2 Current Interest, (y) the Class A-2 Interest Carry Forward Amount and (z) the Group I Class A Principal Distribution Amount payable to the Owners of Class A-2 Certificates pursuant to Section 7.03(f) hereof.

Class A-2 Distribution Amount means, for any Payment Date, that portion of the Class A Distribution Amount to be distributed to the Class A-2 Certificateholders pursuant to Section 8.04(b) on such Payment Date.

Class A-2 Distribution Amount. The sum of (x) Class A-2 Current Interest and (y) the Fixed Rate Group Principal Distribution Amount payable to the Owners of the Class A-2 Certificates pursuant to Section 7.03(c)(iii)(C) hereof.
