Choice Program definition

Choice Program means the program implemented by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio to provide electric utility customers with choice pursuant to Am. Sub. S. B. No. 3.
Choice Program means the retail customer access program instituted by CenterPoint as a result of its approval by the Commission in Case No. 02-1566-GA-ATA, including applicable Tariff provisions, which may be changed from time to time upon Commission Order, and applicable CenterPoint business procedures which may be changed from time to time at CenterPoint's discretion.
Choice Program means the Interdistrict Public School Choice Program authorized in N.J.S.A. 18A:36B-14 et seq.
