Changes in Business. The Borrower and the Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, will not fundamentally and substantively alter the character of their business, taken as a whole, from the business conducted by the Borrower and the Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, on the 2014 July Repricing Effective Date and other business activities incidental or reasonably related to any of the foregoing.

Changes in Business. Neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries will engage in any business if, as a result, the general nature of the business, taken on a consolidated basis, which would then be engaged in by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, would be substantially changed from the general nature of the business engaged in by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on the Closing Date.

Changes in Business. The Company, acting through its Board of Directors, will at all times have complete control over the Company’s business and retirement and other employee health and welfare benefit plans (“Plans”).
