Certified Tester definition

Certified Tester means any person holding an up-to-date backflow prevention assembly tester certification card issued by the Department. Certified testers fall into one of the following classifications:

Certified Tester means a person who meets applicable state requirements for inspecting, testing, and repairing backflow preventers and, in addition, meets County requirements, which include successful completion of a training program approved by the Director, and performance of work that meets standards.
