CDIs definition

CDIs means CREST Depositary Interests, being depositary interests issued by Euroclear (or any affiliated company of Euroclear) pursuant to the rules and regulations that govern the operation of CREST and representing interests in Shares and held by Euroclear in an account at Euroclear Bank;
CDIs means CHESS Depositary Interests representing an interest in one-third of a share of Common Stock.

CDIs means CHESS Depositary Interests representing shares of Common Stock (in the ratio of one (1) share of Common Stock to six (6) CHESS Depositary Interests).
