Any such notice of conversion to Eurodollar Loans or C/D Rate Loans shall specify the length of the initial Interest Period or Interest Periods therefor.
If the last day of the then current Interest Period with respect to C/D Rate Loans that are to be converted to Eurodollar Loans is not a Business Day, such conversion shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day, and during the period from such last day to such succeeding Business Day such Loans shall bear interest as if they were ABR Loans.
If such Lender’s portion of such borrowing is not made available to the Administrative Agent by such Lender within three (3) Business Days after such borrowing date, the Administrative Agent shall be entitled to recover such amount made available by the Administrative Agent with interest thereon at the rate per annum applicable to CD Rate Loans hereunder, on demand, from the Borrowers.
Competitive Bid Loans may be Base Rate Loans, CD Rate Loans, Absolute Rate Loans or LIBOR-based Loans (each a "type" of Competitive Bid Loan) and, subject to Section 2.03(r) hereof, may be in any freely available currency agreed upon by the Borrower and each Lender.
Each such notice shall specify (i) the amount to be borrowed, (ii) the requested Borrowing Date, (iii) whether the borrowing is to be of ABR Loans, CD Rate Loans, LIBOR Loans, or a combination thereof and (iv) if the borrowing is to be entirely or partly of LIBOR Loans or CD Rate Loans, the respective lengths of the initial Interest Periods therefor.
