Examples of CD Rate Loan in a sentence
The Company, on behalf of the Borrowers, shall select the rate of interest and Interest Period, if any, applicable to any Loan at the time a Notice of Borrowing is given or at the time a Notice of Conversion/Continuation is given pursuant to Section 4.2. Any Loan or any portion thereof as to which the Company has not duly specified an interest rate as provided herein shall be deemed a CD Rate Loan.
Interest on each CD Rate Loan and each Swingline Loan shall be due and payable in arrears on the last Business Day of each calendar quarter commencing March 31, 2010; and interest on each LIBOR Rate Loan shall be due and payable on the last day of each Interest Period applicable thereto, and if such Interest Period extends over three (3) months, at the end of each three (3) month interval during such Interest Period.
Any such written request by the Company for Alternate Base Rate Loans or a CD Rate Loan under this Section 2.01(e) shall be irrevocable and, in order to be effective, must be delivered to the Administrative Agent not less than one Business Day prior to the Required Prepayment Date.
Interest on each CD Rate Loan shall be due and payable on the last day of the corresponding CD Rate Maturity Period and, if such CD Rate Maturity Period is longer than 90 days, also every 90th day during such CD Rate Maturity Period.
If Bank requests, as may be required by the relevant law, rule, regulation, interpretation or administration, the Company shall repay or convert to another Type any such LIBOR Loan or C/D Rate Loan.
