More Definitions of Cayman Security Documents

Cayman Security Documents means any charge, pledge, mortgage, assignment or equivalent security agreement and any other documents governed by Cayman Islands law pursuant to which any Person grants a Lien upon any real or personal property as security for payment of the Obligations.
Cayman Security Documents means a guaranty, a security agreement, a stock pledge agreement, and such other security documents as Agent shall reasonably require, which in each case are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands and which are otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent.
