Prior to the redemption of the Capital Note, the person(s) entitled to exercise the option shall furnish the Company with such documentation or evidence as the Company shall require to establish such person's(s') entitlement to exercise the redemption option.
Upon the death of a registered holder who has a life estate in a Capital Note, such option shall be exercisable by the remainderman(men).
