Capital Note definition

Capital Note means any capital note that is convertible into shares of Tower.
Capital Note means a debt instrument which has been issued by the Issuer subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Capital Note means a convertible or nonconvertible note of a bank subordinated as to principal and interest to the depositors of the bank and containing such conditions as the director may require.

Examples of Capital Note in a sentence

  • Prior to the redemption of the Capital Note, the person(s) entitled to exercise the option shall furnish the Company with such documentation or evidence as the Company shall require to establish such person's(s') entitlement to exercise the redemption option.

  • Upon the death of a registered holder who has a life estate in a Capital Note, such option shall be exercisable by the remainderman(men).

Capital Note means a debt instrument (Sw. skuldförbindelse) for the Nominal Amount and of the type set forth in Chapter 1 Section 3 of the Financial Instruments Accounts Act and which are governed by and issued under these Terms and Conditions, including the Initial Capital Notes and any Subsequent Capital Notes.
