Building C means that certain building which is to contain approximately 81,000 Rentable Square Feet, as more particularly depicted on the Site Plan. As of the Effective Date of this Lease, the Premises do not include any of Building C. Tenant shall have a Right of First Offer to lease Building C, pursuant to the Right of First Offer Rider attached to this Lease.
