Branded Products definition

Branded Products means the Products sold by Gilead or its Affiliates or Sublicensees other than Generic Versions.

Branded Products means all Products sold by Vendors that are not Private Label Products or KeHE-labeled Products.

Branded Products means any product now existing or developed in the future that bears any of the JINYA Ramen Bar Marks, including products that are prepared, sold and/or manufactured in strict accordance with Franchisor’s recipes, methods, standards and specifications, including, without limitation, pre-packaged food and beverage products, packaging, clothing, souvenirs and novelty items.

• Service Documentation may be amended by Aptum to reflect updates to the Branded Products by notice to the Customer.

• Aptum is dependent on manufacturers and developers of the Branded Products for updates and patches, including security patches, and will have no liability to Customer, Customer’s Users or any third party with respect to security vulnerabilities inherent in the applicable Branded Products.

• Aptum does not make any representations or warranties regarding either fitness for any particular purpose, nor any standard or quality, unless this forms part of the manufacturers’ or developers’ specifications for such Branded Products.

• Non-NI Branded Products that NI resells may not be testable or repairable by NI, and it may be necessary for Customer to contact the manufacturer or the publisher for service or any warranty claims.

• The Limited Warranty and NI Intellectual Property Liability sections of this Agreement do not apply to the sale and purchase of Non-NI Branded Products.

Branded Products means a drug / pharmaceutical formulation that has a trade name and is protected by a patent and includes branded generics, as either novel dosage forms of drugs that have lost patent protection and were not developed by the company marketing the branded generic or as a generic drug that is given a trade name.

Branded Products means any product now existing or developed in the future that bears any of the Marks.

Branded Products means the 410 Branded Product and the Next Generation Branded Product.

Branded Products means certain petroleum products, truck care products, and other merchandise bearing the Marks.

Branded Products means (a) the brand drug Zegerid® (omeprazole/sodium bicarbonate) Capsules 20mg/1100mg and 40mg/1100mg, manufactured and distributed in accordance with NDA No. 21-849 and marketed under the Trademark; and (b) the brand drug Zegerid® (omeprazole/sodium bicarbonate) Powder for Oral Suspension 20mg/1680mg and 40mg/1680mg, manufactured and distributed in accordance with NDA No. 21-636 and marketed under the Trademark.

Branded Products means a product manufactured, marketed or sold under a regional or national brand label, whether or not a registered trademark.

Branded Products will mean Licensed Products bearing any of the Licensed Trademarks.
