Branch Leases means the leases for the Branches listed on Schedule 1.1(d) attached hereto.

More Definitions of Branch Leases

Branch Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(2).

Branch Leases means the leases under which Seller leases land and/or buildings used for Branches identified as “Leased” on Exhibit 1.1(a), including ground leases.
