Base Software definition

Base Software means the operating system and related Software, and operations, administration and maintenance features and functions, for all Seller's switch-based platforms.
Base Software means the SAP Software defined in the Scope Document of the respective Development Services upon which the installation and the use of the Features depend/operate. Base Software is not licensed under Development Support Services and must be acquired separately.
Base Software means - as opposed to Single User Software - Software installed on a server computer, the so-called “host”, which is accessed by Clients in order to make use of the functionalities of the Base Software.
