APU definition

APU means the auxiliary power unit installed on the Aircraft on the Delivery Date and any replacement auxiliary power unit installed on the Aircraft and title to which is transferred to Owner in accordance with the Lease.
APU means the auxiliary power unit specified in Schedule 1 and any replacement auxiliary power unit installed on the Aircraft in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, title to which is vested in Lessor in accordance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of APU

APU means the auxiliary power unit installed in the Airframe on the Delivery Date, or any replacement thereof made pursuant to this Lease, together, in any case, with any and all Parts which are from time to time incorporated in or attached to such auxiliary power unit and any and all Parts removed therefrom.
APU means (a) the auxiliary power unit of the Aircraft listed in the Estoppel and Acceptance Certificate executed at Delivery, (b) any replacement auxiliary power unit acquired by LESSOR and leased to LESSEE pursuant to Article 19.6 following a Total Loss of the APU and (c) all Parts installed in or on such APU at Delivery (or substituted, renewed or replacement Parts in accordance with this Lease) so long as title thereto is or remains vested in LESSOR in accordance with the terms of Article 12.4.
APU means any auxiliary power unit currently installed on any Aircraft, together with any and all parts incorporated in or installed on or attached to any such auxiliary power unit and any and all parts removed therefrom so long as title thereto shall remain vested in Holdings or its Subsidiaries after removal from any such auxiliary power unit.
APU means (i) each auxiliary power unit as described in the Aircraft Collateral Certificate, whether or not installed on an Airframe or other airframe from time to time, (ii) any Permitted Substitute, as defined in the applicable Aircraft Mortgage, which becomes subject to the terms of such Aircraft Mortgage pursuant to the terms thereof, and (iii) any and all related Parts.
APU means the auxiliary power unit installed on the Aircraft on the Original Delivery Date and any replacement auxiliary power unit installed in accordance with this Agreement title to which is vested in Lessor in accordance with this Agreement;
APU means an auxiliary power unit, capable of being installed on an aircraft, to start the main engines, usually with compressed air, and to provide electrical power and air conditioning while the aircraft is on the ground and, in certain cases, in the air.
