Each Advance, Advice of Credit, Application for Advance, Other Credit Product and Other Credit Product Agreement shall be subject to the terms of the Credit Policies and applicable laws, regulations, and limitations, all as in effect from time to time, including the Bank Act, the FHFB Regulations and the statements of policy and guidelines of the FHFB, which shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Advances Agreement.
The Member may apply for Advances or commitments by completing and submitting an Application for Advance or requesting Other Credit Product services.
Those forms include: The Authorization to Incur Travel Expense, Form DFS-AA-13; The Application for Advance on Travel Expenses, Form DFS-AA-25; and, The Voucher for Reimbursement of Travel Expenses, Form DFS-AA-15.
The Lender shall have received a fully executed copy of the Project Loan Commitment for the Contemplated Project if there is a Project Loan Commitment for the Contemplated Project at the time of the delivery of the Application for Advance.
Each Application for Advance shall be submitted by Borrower to Lender a reasonable time (but not less than five Business Days) prior to the requested date (which must be a Business Day) of the Advance.
