Application for Advance means a loan request and certificate duly executed by the Borrower, in the form that is attached hereto as Exhibit A or such other form that is approved by the Lender from time to time.

Application for Advance means a written application of the Company for a disbursement of proceeds of the Revolving Loan.

Application for Advance means a written application on American Institute of Architects form G 702 and/or G 703, as appropriate, or such other form as Lender may reasonably request, certified by Borrower and Architect addressed to Lender specifying by name, current address, and amount all parties to whom Borrower is obligated for labor, materials, or services supplied for the construction of the Improvements and all other expenses incident to the Loan, the Property, and the construction of the Improvements, whether or not specified in the Approved Budget, requesting an Advance for the payment of such items, accompanied by such schedules, affidavits, releases, waivers, statements, invoices, bills, and other documents as Lender may reasonably request.

Application for Advance means a written request for an Advance by Borrower on that form which Lender may approve and accompanied by those attachments that Lender may reasonably request.

Application for Advance means one or more written or telephonic requests for an advance, in such form or forms as shall be specified by the Bank from time to time, and which if executed by the Bank shall evidence an Advance. "Bank Deposits" shall mean all deposit accounts maintained by the Member with the Bank (excluding safekeeping accounts expressly held for the benefit of a third-party), all money, cash and checks, drafts, notices, bills, bills of exchange and bonds deposited therein or credited thereto, including any increases, renewals, extensions, substitutions and replacements, whether or not such instruments have been posted to any such deposit account, and all statements, certificates, passbooks and instruments representing any such deposit account. "Capital Stock" means all of the capital stock of the Bank owned by the Member, and all payments which have been or hereafter are made on account of subscriptions to, and all unpaid dividends on, such Capital Stock.

Application for Advance means that document required by Section 2.1.1 hereof in the form and substance of Exhibit 1.3 hereof.

Application for Advance means that certain package of documents, materials and information listed on Exhibit A below together with such other information supporting such Application for Advance as requested by Lender.

Application for Advance means a written application of the Company for an Advance substantially in the form of EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto.

Application for Advance or "APPLICATION" means the written application of the Company for a disbursement of proceeds of the Loan, which application will be in form and substance substantially the same as EXHIBIT "A" attached to this Agreement.
