The Short Term Annual Incentive Award shall be payable in cash as soon as practicable after the Plan Administrator has determined the amount of those Awards.
The Annual Incentive Portion of Severance, if any, shall be paid in cash on the same date the active participants under the Annual Incentive Plan are paid.
Any such payment shall be in lieu of any payment otherwise due under the Company's "Annual Incentive Plan" or "Performance Unit Plan" for the year in which the Executive's termination occurs.
