an IXC. 11.3.1.1 Frontier will query the call and route the call to the appropriate IXC;
an IXC. 11.3.1.1 Frontier will query the call and route the call to the appropriate IXC; 11.3.1.2 Frontier will provide an appropriate EMI record to Onvoy; 11.3.1.3 Frontier will bill the IXC Frontier's applicable Switched Exchange Access Tariff charges and Frontier's applicable Tariff query charges; and 11.3.1.4 Onvoy will bill the IXC Onvoy’s applicable Switched Exchange Access Tariff charges.
