Common use of Amendment to Schedule 1 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Schedule 1. 1 (Eligible Accounts). Effective on (and subject to the occurrence of) the First Amendment Effective Date, Schedule 1.1 to the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby further amended by deleting the reference to “or” at the end of clause (n) of the definition of “Eligible Accounts” set forth therein, deleting clause (o) of the definition of “Eligible Accounts”, and replacing such clause (o) with the following:
