Amendment to Exhibit E. The parties hereby confirm and agree that the “Compensating Balance Arrangement” section in Exhibit E shall be amended as follows:
Amendment to Exhibit E. Exhibit E to the Merger Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced in its entirety with the items set forth on Schedule 1 attached hereto.
Amendment to Exhibit E. Exhibit E to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto.
Amendment to Exhibit E. Exhibit E of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the Exhibit E attached hereto.
Amendment to Exhibit E. Attachments 1 and 4 of Exhibit E (Compliance Certificate) to the Existing Credit Agreement are hereby amended in their entirety to read as set forth on Exhibit A hereto.
Amendment to Exhibit E. Exhibit E of the Credit Agreement is amended and restated to read in its entirety as set forth in Exhibit "E" to this Amendment.
