Amendment Proposal definition

Amendment Proposal has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(c).

Amendment Proposal has the meaning given in Clause 7.2.
Amendment Proposal means a proposed amendment to the Agreement;
Amendment Proposal has the meaning given in Clause 7.2. Balancing Code means Commission Regulation (EU) No 312/2014 of 26 March 2014 establishing a Network Code on Gas Balancing of Transmission Networks. CAM Code means Commission Regulation (EU) No 984/2013 of 14 October 2013 establishing a Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms in Gas Transmission Systems and supplementing Regulation (EC) No 715/2009. CER means the Commission for Energy Regulation being the regulatory authority for the gas market in the Republic of Ireland. Code Modification shall mean a modification to, or a proposal to modify the Network Code (in the case of NGG) or the GNI Code of Operations in the case of GNI. Competent Authority means any local, national or supra-national agency, authority, department, inspectorate, minister, official, court, tribunal or public or statutory person (whether autonomous or not) of the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland or the Isle of Man or the European Union which has jurisdiction over NGG or GNI (UK) or GNI or the subject matter of this Agreement (including, without limitation, Ofgem and the CER).
