Amendment Letter definition

Amendment Letter means the amendment letter dated July 25, 2014 between, amongst others, the Borrower and the Facility Agent in connection with certain amendments to the Exhibits to this Agreement.
Amendment Letter means that certain letter agreement dated as of the Closing Date among Borrower, the Administrative Agent, the LC Facility Issuing Bank and the lenders party hereto as of the Closing Date.
