Further, the parties shall promptly provide to the Registered Fund Board all information relating to such party and its Affiliates as is reasonably requested by the Registered Fund Board to enable it to evaluate the terms of the New Registered Fund Advisory Contract, or other arrangements proposed, or consent requested, in connection with the Transaction and relating to the Registered Fund.
