• The spouse of Transferee, if applicable, executes this Adoption Agreement to acknowledge its fairness and that it is in such spouse’s best interest, and to bind such spouse’s community interest, if any, in the Acquired Securities to the terms of the Registration Rights Agreement.

More Definitions of Acquired Securities

Acquired Securities means the Parent Warrant and the Parent Series A Preferred Shares that the Stockholder acquires pursuant to the Merger Agreement.
