Academic term means that portion of the school year, July 1 to the following June 30, when school is in actual session.
Academic term: the Fall (September to December), Winter (January to April), Spring (May to June), or Summer (July to August) term, which collectively constitute the academic year.
Academic term shall be: Summer: May to August (inclusive); Fall: September to December (inclusive); Winter: January to April (inclusive).
