AAH means Advocate Aurora Health, Inc., a Delaware not-for-profit corporation. “AAH Financial Statements” means the audited annual financial statements of Advocate Aurora Health, Inc. which comprise the statements of admitted assets, liabilities and capital and surplus as of the year ended for each of the two (2) years prior to the applicable Closing Date or, if such audited annual financial statements are not yet available for the most recent prior year at any Closing Date, then the most recent available audited annual financial statements of Advocate Aurora Health, Inc. and the most recent available quarterly financial statements of Advocate Aurora Health, Inc., and the related statements of revenues and expenses, changes in capital and surplus and cash flows for the periods then ended and, with respect to annual financial statements only, the related notes thereto.

Examples of AAH in a sentence

  • When the day in lieu is taken, the Permanent Employee will be credited seven (7) hours toward their AAH.
