This Agreement and the other Finance Documents are the result of negotiations among and have been reviewed by counsel to the Contracting Parties hereto. Accordingly, they shall not be construed against the Administrative Agent or any Lender merely because of the Administrative Agent's or such Lenders' involvement in their preparation.
