Applicable law. ▪ United States. If you acquired the App in the United States, Washington state law governs this agreement, regardless of conflict of laws principles. The laws of the state where you live govern all other claims, including claims under state consumer protection laws, unfair competition laws, and in tort. ▪ Outside the United States. If you acquired the App in any other country, the laws of that country apply.
Applicable law. The applicable law shall be the United Nations Convention on the Interna- tional Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 (CISG) which shall be supplemented by substantive German law.
