These McLeodUSA telecommunication lines and related equipment that are situated in the City rights-of-way and subject to the June 2018 Right-of-Way Use Agreement have recently been acquired by a subsidiary of Uniti Group Inc. (Uniti Fiber) – being CSL Realty LLC.
