Any Terms and Charges Disclosure or similar fee schedule applicable to your account is also a part of the Agreement. By signing a contract to open any deposit account or by using any account related product or service, you agree that these Rules, as amended from time to time, shall apply to all your deposit accounts and that such accounts shall, to the extent legally permissible, be deemed to be "operational accounts" by the Bank for the purpose of meeting its liquidity coverage ratio requirements. If there is a conflict or discrepancy between these Rules and any communications by one of our employees, either verbally or in writing, these Rules shall govern.
