This Internet Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this 18th day of June, 2003 by and between YP Web Partners, L.L.C., d/b/a YPSolutions, a Louisiana limited liability company with offices at 3445 North Causeway Boulevard, Suite 401, Metairie, LA 70002 (“YPS”), and R.H. Donnelley Publishing & Advertising, Inc., a Kansas corporation, with offices at 5454 West 110th Street, Overland Park, Kansas 66211 (“Publisher”). YPS and Publisher are sometimes referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”

Use of the Services as a Customer of Shadow constitutes acknowledgement and agreement that the Customer has read and agreed to accept and comply with these terms and conditions. Shadow reserves the right to update this Agreement as outlined below. Continued use of Shadow’s Services following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended version of this Agreement, the latest version of the Agreement being posted on Shadow Website https://shadowinternet.ca/docs/Agreement.pdf. If a Customer does not agree to comply with all the provisions of the current version of this Agreement, the sole and exclusive remedy of the Customer is to discontinue use of the Services.
