The Purpose of this Contract is to assist the Household identified in Section 1 (A) to lease a Decent, Safe and Sanitary dwelling unit from the Owner. ABODE SERVICES, on behalf of Alameda County ("County") will make housing assistance payments to the Owner on behalf of the Housing/Jobs Linkages Program participant in accordance with this Contract.
