Your Obligation to Us. 7.1. You must comply with the Published Policies, as if they were incorporated into, and form part of, this document. In the event of any inconsistency between any Published Policy and this document, then the Published Policy will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
Your Obligation to Us. To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, You shall indemnify and hold Us harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from any third-party claim that any document, courses, or intellectual property You provide or upload to our platform infringes or violates any intellectual property right of any person.
Your Obligation to Us. When you submit your feedback to us, you: • grant to us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use, reproduce and, modify your feedback for any purpose related to our goods or services; • agree to deliver all documents and perform all actions necessary to ensure that our rights to use, reproduce, and modify your feedback are effective and enforceable; and • give up any claim that our use, reproduction, or modification of your feedback violates any of your rights, including your intellectual property rights or your moral rights (the rights not to have your work distorted and to be credited for your work).
Your Obligation to Us. 8.1 This Hire Agreement is personal to You and so You must not allow nor authorise any other person or entity to use, re-hire or have possession of the Equipment at any time, unless expressly agreed by Us in writing.

Your Obligation to Us. You shall defend, indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each harmless from and against any and all Losses arising out of any third-party claim alleging any bodily injury or property damage to a third party alleged to have been caused by the Goods, except to the extent that such injury or damage was the result of Goods not being manufactured to meet our published specifications. In addition, you shall defend, indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each harmless from and against any and all Losses incurred by any Indemnified Party arising out of any third party claim that the Goods that do not constitute part of our stock products infringe any patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary interest. We shall reasonably cooperate with you in the defense of such claim or action.
