Written Consent Required. Neither Party shall assign, sublet, or transfer any interest in this Agreement without written consent of the other; provided, however, that Engineer may employ such Subcontractors as it may deem appropriate and may transfer or assign any interest in this Agreement or the Work Product to Design-Builder without consent of Client.
Written Consent Required. The Seller shall not assign, transfer, convey, sublet or in any other way dispose of this Contract or any part thereof, or assign any of the monies due or to become due under the Contract, without previous written consent of the Agency Chief Contracting Officer endorsed upon or attached to copies of this Contract. Any such assignment, transfer, conveyance or other disposition without such consent shall be void.

If an NCTPC Participant or TAG participant submits Confidential Information to the NCTPC or a NCTPC Participant, the NCTPC must obtain written consent from the submitting NCTPC Participant or TAG participant prior to releasing such Confidential Information to TAG participants. Written Consent Required. Subject to Section 9.2 above, this Agreement shall not be assignable by either of the parties without the prior written consent of the other party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed; provided, however, that Corixa may assign this Agreement without the consent of IDRI (i) pursuant to a transfer or sale to an entity other than an Affiliate of all or substantially all of Corixa's stock business or assets to which this Agreement relates, or a consolidation or merger of Corixa with or into any other entity, or any other corporate reorganization in which Corixa is not the continuing or surviving entity of such consolidation, merger or reorganization, or any transaction or series of related transactions by Corixa in which in excess of fifty percent (50%) of Corixa's voting power is transferred, or (ii) to a wholly-owned subsidiary. Any assignment in violation of this Section 14.1 shall be void and without effect.
Written Consent Required. Approvals and consents by either party will not be effective unless evidenced by a writing signed by such party. Either party’s consent, wherever required, may be withheld if any default by the other party exists under this Agreement.

Each party shall use reasonable efforts to review any requests for consent and grant or deny approval promptly following receipt of the request; provided, however, that if Xxxxxxx.xxx fails to respond to any approval request by Dwango, that request shall be deemed denied.

Whenever a Party is requested to consent to or approve of any matter with respect to which its consent or approval is required by this REA, such consent or approval shall be given in writing, and shall (except as otherwise provided in this REA) not be unreasonably delayed or withheld. Written Consent Required. If there is any pet damage on the property, it shall be the responsibility of the lessee to make any repairs needed (eg: carpet cleaned, yard cleaned and seeded). If repairs are not done upon move-out, xxxxxx understands and agrees that the appropriate amount shall be charged to make those repairs. The granting of consent for pets to others shall in no way be deemed the granting of consent to Xxxxxx. If Xxxxxx wants a pet, Lessee must have Lessor's written consent, and pay an additional $_____ and an additional monthly charge of $______ per pet per month. Failure to receive written consent for a pet shall be cause for default.
