Workplace Training. Unit members will be paid for all District-sponsored workplace trainings authorized for substitute teachers. In order to remain competitive and increase production levels, employers may require their employees to up skill thus enhancing the quality of their workforce. Due to the effects of the economic downturn Workplace Training will be utilized to assist both employees and employers.
Workplace Training. 56.1. The Company will ensure that all Employees are suitably trained to carry out the functions and duties that the Company requires them to perform. Training will be provided at the reasonable direction of the company in accordance with the productive needs of the business. 56.2. Training conducted outside of the Employees ordinary hours will be paid for at the overtime rate as detailed in Schedule 1. 56.3. If the Employee is required to travel to training, they will follow the process outlined in clause 30.

The District shall offer in-person and virtual trainings as determined by the District.
Workplace Training. Producer shall provide Personnel with all work place training, instruction, and education under any applicable law and collective bargaining agreements, including, but not limited to, sexual harassment and equal employment opportunity training and education under California Government Code § 12950.1 and workplace health and safety training and instruction under California Labor Code § 6300 et seq. Producer shall document such training and education in accordance with applicable law and shall maintain copies of such training and education records and provide such records to Employer upon request. Producer shall defend, indemnify and hold Employer Entities harmless from and against any and all Claims arising out of or relating to any failure by Producer to satisfy any of its obligations under this Paragraph 15.
Workplace Training. ECC is required to ensure that their employees are in compliance with any training mandated by the federal, state, and local government. Furthermore, there are opportunities for training that may not be mandated but are in the best interest of the College. Faculty members will be required to complete training that is mandated by governmental bodies. Also, ECC may require training that is in the best interest of the College. ECC will create a list of training requirements, outside of mandated trainings, that Faculty must complete. New Faculty Orientation shall be excluded from this article. Any such training required of faculty that relates to instruction shall be decided upon by a committee, with at least 50% of the seats on the committee open to faculty, with faculty representation approved by the Senate. This list shall be available before August 31 of each year. Faculty may utilize scheduled office hours to complete training that is included on the annual list and may be completed remotely. All required training shall include an asynchronous option. Other modalities may also be offered as an option. Librarian faculty shall be allowed to complete required training during scheduled work hours. The total amount of non-government-mandated required training in a calendar year shall not exceed three (3) hours.
Workplace Training. The parties agree that the Company will ensure that all employees are suitably trained to carry out the functions and duties, which the Employer requires them to perform, and that qualifications gained are suitably recognised. The Company will provide training in line with the Coal Industry Training Packages, where such packages exist.
Workplace Training. Company training and outreach was conducted in several companies in Jakarta and one each in Surabaya and Riau, with training being implemented by KKI, Yayasan AIDS Indonesia and YKB. On April 4 and 5, KKI held a TOT for 40 corporate and branch managers from Bank Tabungan Negara, an organization with 2000 employees. This was followed on April 8 by an orientation at Unilever for the families of senior management, with a particular focus on PLWHA issues.
