Working Right. During the Option Period, the Optionee shall have the exclusive working right on the Property, and to permit any other person or persons as it may in its sole discretion decide to, enter on and conduct the Mining Operations on the Property as the Optionee in its sole discretion may decide. The Optionee shall have quiet and exclusive possession during the Option Period with full power and authority to the Optionee, its servants, agents, workers or contractors, to carry on Mining Operations in searching for minerals in such manner as the Optionee in its discretion may determine, including the right to erect, bring and install on the Property all buildings, plant, machinery, equipment, tools, appliances or supplies as the Optionee shall deem necessary and proper and the right to remove therefrom reasonable quantities of rocks, ores and minerals and to transport them for the purposes of sampling, metallurgical testing and assaying. The Optionee shall conduct all Mining Operations in a careful and miner-like manner and in compliance in all material respects with all Acts, regulations, by-laws, orders and judgments and all applicable directives, rules, consents, permits, orders, guidelines and policies of any Government or Regulatory Authority with jurisdiction over the Property.
Working Right. During the Term, Optionee shall have the sole and exclusive working right to enter on and conduct the Mining Operations on the Property as Optionee in its sole discretion may decide. Optionee shall have quiet and exclusive possession from the date of this agreement and thereafter during the currency of the working right and option, with full power and authority to Optionee, its servants, agents, workers or contractors, to carry on Mining Operations in searching for minerals in such manner as Optionee in its discretion may determine, including the right to erect, bring and install on the Property all buildings, plant, machinery, equipment, tools, appliances or supplies as Optionee shall deem necessary and proper and the right to remove therefrom reasonable quantities of rocks, ores and minerals and to transport them for the purposes of sampling, metallurgical testing and assaying. All Mining Operations conducted by Optionee shall be in accordance with good exploration, development and mining practice, and in compliance with all applicable legislation.
Working Right. The Optionor hereby further grants to the Optionee the exclusive working right, commencing on the Effective Date and continuing until the earlier of the exercise or lapse of the Option (the “Option Period”) to enter upon the Tanzania Property, to conduct Mining Operations on the Tanzania Property and to have quiet possession thereof. The Optionee shall conduct all Mining Operations in compliance with all applicable statutes, regulations, by-laws, orders and judgments and all applicable directives, rules, consents, permits, orders guidelines and policies of any Government or Regulatory Authority with jurisdiction over the Tanzania Property.
Working Right. Geo Can hereby further grants to LVCA the exclusive working right during the period from the Closing Date but prior to the exercise, lapse or termination of the Option (the “Option Period”) to enter upon the Property, to conduct Mining Operations on the Property and to have quiet possession thereof. LVCA shall conduct all Mining Operations in compliance with all applicable statutes, regulations, by-laws, orders and judgments and all applicable directives, rules, consents, permits, orders guidelines and policies of any Government or Regulatory Authority with jurisdiction over the Property.

Working Right. During the Option Period, the parties shall form the Joint Exploration Committee by each appointing two persons. Subject to the decisions of the Joint Exploration Committee, the Optionee shall have the sole and exclusive working right to enter on and conduct the Mining Operations on the Mineral Claims and the Dome Claim as the Joint Exploration Committee in its sole discretion may decide with full power and authority to the Optionee, its servants, agents, workers or contractors, to carry on Mining Operations in searching for minerals in such manner as the Joint Exploration Committee in its discretion may determine, including the right to erect, bring and install on the Mineral Claims and Dome Claim all buildings, plant, machinery, equipment, tools, appliances or supplies as the Joint Exploration Committee shall deem necessary and proper and the right to remove therefrom reasonable quantities of rocks, ores and minerals and to transport them for the purposes of sampling, metallurgical testing and assaying. Opes shall have quiet and exclusive possession during the Option Period with full power and authority to Opes, its servants, agents, workers or contractors, to carry on Mining Operations in searching for minerals in such manner as Opes in its discretion may determine, including the right to erect, bring and install on the Property all buildings, plant, machinery, equipment, tools, appliances or supplies as Opes shall deem necessary and proper and the right to remove therefrom reasonable quantities of rocks, ores and minerals and to transport them for the purposes of sampling, metallurgical testing and assaying. Opes shall conduct all Mining Operations in a careful and miner-like manner and in compliance in all material respects with all Acts, regulations, by-laws, orders and judgments and all applicable directives, rules, consents, permits, orders guidelines and policies of any Government or Regulatory Authority with jurisdiction over the Property.
Working Right. During currency of the Option, the Optionee will have the sole and exclusive working right to enter on and conduct Mining Operations on the Property as the Optionee in its sole discretion may decide. The Optionee will have quiet and exclusive possession of the Property from the date of this Option Agreement and thereafter during the currency of the Option provided it is in good standing, with full power and authority to the Optionee, its servants, agents, workers or contractors, to carry on Mining Operations in searching for minerals in such manner as the Optionee in its discretion may determine, including the right to erect, bring and install on the Property all buildings, plant, machinery, equipment, tools, appliances or supplies as the Optionee, acting reasonably, will deem necessary and proper and the right to remove therefrom reasonable quantities of rocks, ores and minerals and to transport them for the purposes of sampling, metallurgical testing and assaying subject to applicable mining and environmental legislation. All Mining Operations conducted by the Optionee will be in accordance with good exploration, development, mining, and reclamation practice, and in compliance with all applicable mining legislation.
Working Right. Geo Can hereby further grants to Lake Victoria the exclusive working right during the period from the Approval Date but prior to the exercise, lapse or termination of the Option (the “Option Period”) to enter upon the Properties, to conduct Mining Operations on the Properties and to have quiet possession thereof to the extent provided for in the Geo Can Option. Lake Victoria shall conduct all Mining Operations in compliance with all applicable statutes, regulations, by-laws, orders and judgments and all applicable directives, rules, consents, permits, orders guidelines and policies of any Government or Regulatory Authority with jurisdiction over the Properties.
