Wood. Wood" means the severed but unprocessed fibrous derivative of trees, without regard for quality or grade and also means the chipped fibrous derivative of trees. [PL 1983, c. 804, §2 (NEW).]

These characteristics may occur on adjacent cabinets, between pair of doors and/or drawers, with the same cabinet panels, between flooring, stair treads and railings and between flooring and cabinets/vanities. It is these differences, caused by nature, that create the warmth and individuality of fine xxxxx. Xxxxxx finishes tend to hide some of these natural characteristics while lighter finishes tend to accentuate the differences. Because of this, the variations in color and contrast may be different than in a display or in a smaller sample.
Wood. In accordance with the provisions stipulated hereunder, any packaging made of composite materials shall be treated as packaging manufactured from material prevailing in the composite packaging in accordance with the nomenclature set forth under the National Plan.

To protect our parks and forests from firewood hitchhikers, the Wisconsin DNR created a permanent rule which prohibits bringing firewood from properties from more than 25 miles away or from outside of Wisconsin. Please purchase firewood locally and do not bring firewood with you.
Wood. The Contractor shall promptly notify the Gate Attendant of the decision to redirect any load and redirect the customer per the Gate Attendant’s instruction. Any load containing at least 50 percent wood shall be directed to C & D Green Waste Facility.

The Xxxxxxxx xxxo agrees to reimburse the Agents and the Lenders for any costs, and out-of-pocket expenses (including fees and time charges of attorneys for the Agents and the Lenders, which attorneys may be employees of the Agents or the Lenders) paid or incurred by any Agent or Lender in connection with the collection and enforcement of the Loan Documents subject to the limitations set forth below. The Borrower further agrees to indemnify each Joint Book Runner, Agent and Lender, and their respective directors, officers and employees against all losses, claims, damages, penalties, judgments, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, all expenses of litigation or preparation therefor whether or not any Agent or Lender is a party thereto) which any of them may pay or incur arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the other Loan Documents, the transactions contemplated hereby or the direct or indirect application or proposed application of the proceeds of any Loan subject to the limitations set forth below, provided that the Borrower shall have no obligation to indemnify any person in respect of any present or future income, stamp or other taxes, levies, imposts, duties, charges, fees, deductions or withholdings except as (and to the extent) provided in Section 3.6 and Section 9.3 hereof. The Borrower shall have no obligation to indemnify any Joint Book Runner, Agent or Lender (or their respective directors, officers and employees) to the extent that any losses, claims, damages, penalties, judgments, liabilities and expenses are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction in a final, non-appealable order to have resulted from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of, or violation of applicable laws or any of the Loan Documents by, such Person. The obligations of the Borrower under this Section shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Wood. The term “Wood” shall include pre-finished as well as unfinished wood flooring, wood block flooring, synthetic block flooring, bamboo flooring, laminate flooring and engineered wood composition flooring including all athletic flooring systems.
