Winter. As it is difficult to predict the severity if winter weather and as the jackets provided by the City in accordance with Article XX of the working agreement may not always be adequate, it is hereby agreed that for the winter months (December 1 to March 30) employees may wear an appropriate heavy duty outer jacket for their choice for their protection from the weather. The other articles of uniform attire including steel-toed shoes, denim pants, sweatshirts with City Logo, and or tee shirts with City Logo shall be continue to be worn.

For the winter season (October through May), in addition to normal weekday daytime services provided by a full three (3) person crew, two (2) crew members are scheduled daily, including weekends and holidays, around the clock, for snow plowing or sanding maintenance, with a third person as scheduled backup and a fourth for emergencies (e.g., heavy snowfalls, etc.).

  • Millwright Shall be qualified to assist and work under the direction and instructions of Millwright I or A. He will work alone at times performing assignments in keeping with his training. He must become proficient in good practices in the areas of fitting, aligning, lubricating and the operation of all shop tools and machines. In addition to the foregoing, he will be exposed to basic principles of hydraulics and pneumatics. He will begin the process of learn- ing techniques required in trouble shooting key production machinery, pipefitting, and basic welding, but will not be expected to display a high degree of proficiency in these areas at this point. In addition, is expected to be to weld, operate shop tools and do pipefitting as required. Under direction will begin the process of learning machining and continue to improve his skills at machining parts. Tarif beacukai akan berpengaruh terhadap harga produk impor, begitu juga dengan diterapkannya kuota impor akan menaikkan harga produk impor tersebut. Hal inilah yang mendorong pemerintah setiap negara untuk mengurangi hambatan tersebut dengan membuat Free Trade Agreement. Free Trade Agreement merupakan salah satu bentuk hasil dari globalisasi dibidang perekonomian. Menurut Apridar (2009:268) “globalisasi perekonomian merupakan suatu proses kegiatan ekonomi xxx perdagangan, dimana negara-negara di seluruh dunia menjadi satu kekuatan pasar yang semakin terintegrasi dengan tanpa rintangan batas teritorial negara”. Salah satu bentuk Free Trade Agreement plus adalah IJEPA (Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement), yaitu perjanjian untuk melakukan kegiatan perdagangan bebas antara Indonesia xxx Jepang. IJEPA adalah sebuah perjanjian kerjasama di bidang ekonomi antara pemerintah Indonesia dengan pemerintah Jepang yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perdagangan antarnegara xxx investasi baik di Indonesia maupun Jepang. Menurut Badan Xxxxxx xxx Pengembangan Kebijakan Kementrian luar negeri (2010) “ IJEPA merupakan perjanjian bilateral yang pertama bagi Indonesia xxx menempatkan Indonesia sejajar dengan negara pesaing di pasar Jepang”.   • Summer Session A Summer Session course is a course taught during the period between the spring and fall semesters but does not include courses taught in the May to June Special Session which constitute a program requirement and does not include courses which are assigned as part of a regular faculty member’s workload under Article Once summer session course offerings have been finalized and should qualified regular faculty members be identified to teach such courses, a regular faculty member may elect to reduce his/her regular workload in exchange for an equivalent amount of summer session instruction taught at any time in the May to August period immediately preceding the Academic Year in which the exchange was permitted, subject to the approval of the Xxxx.   • Childcare The District and UF shall work together to facilitate access to on- or near-site childcare for employees, at employee expense.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.
