A Wellness Checks clause establishes the right or obligation to periodically assess the health, safety, or well-being of individuals involved in an agreement, such as employees, tenants, or service recipients. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency and manner of these checks, which may include scheduled visits, phone calls, or digital check-ins, and can apply in contexts like elder care, remote work, or residential leases. Its core practical function is to ensure ongoing oversight and support, helping to identify and address potential issues early, thereby promoting safety and well-being.
Wellness Checks. Tenant will conduct wellness checks and/or emergency safety checks in accordance with HSH policy, internal agency policies and tenant laws to assess a Resident’s safety when there is a reason to believe the Resident is at immediate and substantial risk due to a medical and/or psychiatric emergency.

Wellness Checks. The Owner shall ensure that family members who live off-site and have concerns about the well-being of a senior resident of the Property will be able to contact the Owner to arrange for a staff member to visit the resident and report back to the family member.

Each bed is provided with this guard rail free of charge and attached to the bedframe upon arrival to campus. Students in Mystic Hall will need to digitally sign a waiver stating that the guard rail was provided upon arrival to campus, and that the student has the option to use, or not use the provided guard rail.
