Webcasting Sample Clauses
The Webcasting clause defines the terms under which content may be broadcast or transmitted over the internet in real time or on demand. It typically outlines permissions, restrictions, and technical requirements for making audio or video content available to online audiences, and may specify which parties are authorized to webcast, the platforms that can be used, and any limitations on the scope or duration of webcasting rights. This clause ensures that all parties understand and agree to the conditions for online distribution, helping to prevent unauthorized streaming and clarify rights related to digital content dissemination.
Webcasting. The Contractor must have access to webcasting technology throughout the Contract. This service must be provided to the State and Authorized Users free of charge. Authorized Users may have security restrictions which preclude them from installing certain kinds of applications, software, and/or hardware. Contractor shall be responsible for providing webcasting technology that is compliant with Authorized User(s) security restrictions. OGS expects this technology to be utilized for Contractor meetings with OGS and Authorized Users. In addition, prospective Candidates offered by the Contractor may be expected to interview with the Authorized User via this technology. An Authorized User reserves the right to conduct Candidate interviews via the Contractor’s webcasting technology. An Authorized User also reserves the right to conduct in-person interviews for any Candidate placement. This information is set forth in Appendix G.
Webcasting in the sense of this Agreement shall mean the non-interactive and not permanently storable transmission of a programme via commonly accessible pages on the internet (world wide web) or commonly accessible mobile network services on one or more channels, as long as the primary purpose of the service is not to sell, advertise or promote particular products or services other than sound recordings, live concerts or other music-related events.
