WEB DEVELOPMENT. 4.1. School and/or Teacher websites will not publish photos of students who have completed a Website Opt-Out form.
4.2. No confidential student data shall be on any web pages.
4.3. No commercial marketing or advertising may be done on teacher or school websites.
4.4. Teachers, webmasters and Principals assume responsibility for all content displayed within the schools’ and the teachers’ websites.

WEB DEVELOPMENT. In the event that Supplier performs any work in connection with the development of Web pages or other online content under this Agreement, Chordiant will have sole control over the appearance, design, layout, look-and-feel, branding, advertising (if any), content, and URLs of such Web pages or other online content. All such Web pages, and the appearance, design, layout, look-and-feel, branding, advertising (if any), and content thereof that may be furnished by Chordiant shall be Work Product. Supplier will ensure that all URLs for any Web pages or online content developed or hosted by Supplier will be owned by Chordiant and registered in Chordiant’s name.
WEB DEVELOPMENT. Students must present an acceptable portfolio of work (identified in Addendum D) of this agreement to be assessed and evaluated by the Digital Media Technology Program Chair.
WEB DEVELOPMENT. (a) While we may own certain intellectual property rights in the website developed for you and you have certain obligations in relation to information that you provide to us in accordance with Part A, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the final authorization to release, and the content of, the website developed for you and you will be responsible for signing off on that website prior to release to indicate it meets your specification.
(b) You are responsible for obtaining any consent from any third party regarding use of any of their intellectual property rights or the right to link their website to your website.
(c) You are responsible for providing to us any legal disclaimers or other notices you require to be inserted on your website. You are responsible for providing all content necessary for your website unless we otherwise expressly agree.
(d) If you wish us to provide maintenance services in relation to your website, we must come to a separate written agreement in that regard.
