Water Source. The main water source for Three Mile Water District is xxxxx on the North Bench between Xxxxxxx and Oxford Roads. An alternate source well is located in the Moyie River Canyon near the confluence with the Kootenai River. There are no chemicals added to our water.
Water Source. The garden contains a shallow hand- pump well. This water source is not guaranteed and in any given year may go dry. The Sudbury Conservation Commission is under no obligation to provide a source of water. No mechanical pumps may be used to pump water out of the well.
Water Source. The SDRS Contractor will be responsible for obtaining water use permits, complying with permit conditions, and monitoring water usage from water hydrants or other approved and permitted water sources (i.e., lake, river, stream, etc.), using a meter or other required and approved method of tracking water usage. The State will identify a water source before SDRS Contractor work commences.
Water Source. At the additional point of withdrawal, a new water source will be added to WWRAC #677. This is a hydraulically connected groundwater well.
Water Source. The Licensee in conjunction with the CMT shall develop a plan for passing water into the bypass reach from the Roanoke Rapids Lake.
3.1.1 The plan shall be developed so as to facilitate management of downstream passage and minimize escapement of resident fish in concert with state and federal fishery management objectives for the lake fishery and the Roanoke River Basin.
3.1.2 Methods of passing water may include but not be limited to spillway gate valves, siphons and auxiliary hydropower turbines.
Water Source. The quality and purity of the water sources (the "Water Sources") used by the Corporations in connection with their Business including, without restriction, pursuant to the Water Agreements, is in accordance with all legislation by the applicable governmental authority, and comply with the regulations established by the International Bottled Water Association. The volume of water produced from all Water Sources is sufficient to carry on the Business of the Corporations following Closing in a manner consistent with the Business as carried on prior to Closing. The Vendor does not have any information concerning, or knowledge of, any problem with respect to any of the Water Sources whatsoever except as disclosed in Schedule 25. Except as set forth in Schedules 6 and 9, the sale contemplated herein shall not result in termination of the Water Agreement or of any agreement with respect to any of the Water Sources nor is any consent required from a third party in respect thereof. The Corporations and any third parties from whom the Corporations obtain water have all necessary licenses to allow the Corporations to carry on their Business at Closing, except as disclosed in Schedule 25.
Water Source. Except as provided in XXII(S), the sole source of the water sold under this Agreement is from the Board pursuant to the WSPA. The Authority cannot warrant or guarantee that the water received from the Board will conform to the performance standards of Section X of the WSPA; provided, however, (i) the Authority shall not, except as permitted by Section XI(F), take any steps to alter the quality of water received from the Board, (ii) the Authority shall operate and maintain the CDWTL and its appurtenances in a manner that minimizes the potential for a change in the quality of the water between the Interconnection Point to the Delivery Point, and (iii) the Authority shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to fully enforce its rights under the WSPA.
Water Source. Water for drilling, steam cleaning, and other necessary field activities shall be arranged by the Contractor and approved by the USACE- COR. Chlorine-free water shall be used if a suitable source is available. The Contractor shall be responsible for collecting and transporting all water to the drilling areas for required uses. The Contractor shall sample the water at each source and test it for the same parameters specified for ground-water samples under the Site Specific Section of the Scope of Services. In addition, a sample shall be obtained at the site from the delivery/transport vehicle and tested for the same parameters as the source sample. This information and documentation of the source of the water (i.e. fire hydrant location, etc.) which was used and any impact it may have on any of the analytical results performed under this Scope of Services shall be included in both the Draft and Final Project reports. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing any deionized water required to perform this work.
Water Source. Adult summer chinook used as broodstock are captured at Xxxxxx and Tumwater dams on the Wenatchee River, which is the home water source for the target population. Broodstock bound for the Methow and Okanogan basins are intercepted down-river at Xxxxx Dam on the mainstem Columbia, prior to reaching the tributaries. Broodstock trapped at the Dam and volunteering into Xxxxx Hatchery are held in adult holding ponds supplied with water fed from the reservoir. Captured adult fish, eggs, fry, and fingerling fish are held at Xxxxx or Eastbank hatcheries, and reared at Eastbank Hatchery, Rocky Reach Hatchery, and Xxxxx Hatchery. The latter three hatcheries rely on either well water (Eastbank and Xxxxx), or water seeping below Rocky Reach Dam (Rocky Reach). Eastbank Hatchery has four xxxxx that supply 53 cfs, varying in temperature from a low of 46oF in May to a high of 57oF in December. Water supplying Rocky Reach is 6.2 cfs of toe-drain water seeping from below the grout curtain in the earth-fill portion of rocky Reach Dam (Xxxxxxx et al. 1994). The quality of water used by the hatcheries is high, and adequate to ensure the health of salmonids propagated. Fish reared at these hatcheries are transferred to other hatcheries (Turtle Rock) or acclimation ponds (Similkameen, Carlton, Xxxxxx) for rearing to smolt size and release. Turtle Rock is supplied with 44 cfs of Columbia River water pumped directly from the reservoir behind Rocky Reach Dam. The rearing/acclimation ponds are supplied with river water at each site (Xxxxxx - 16 cfs, Similkameen - 21 cfs, and Carlton - 15 cfs) and there are no differences between the water used for these latter portions of the summer chinook programs and water used by the naturally spawned populations.
Water Source. Potable water may be available on or in close proximity to the site. If available, potable water shall be used. If the City provides water, the City may charge for such water via a separate agreement. However, if water is not available nearby or from the City, Site Participant shall be required to provide water.
