Water Consumption. The Company shall follow the CCC’s Best Management Practices for Water Use. In addition the Company shall install water meters, conduct regular water audits to determine the amount and location of water use, and develop and implement a water savings strategy. The Company shall report to the Board of Selectmen annually on its water use, and shall include in its annual report a summary of its ongoing strategies to further reduce water use.
Water Consumption. The premises’ and the property’s consumption of water, including water charges and share of joint water charges where such costs are not covered by the heating accounts, see clause 15. If the Landlord estimates that the Tenant’s water consumption is particularly high (relative to other tenants), the Landlord may, at the Tenant’s expense, install water meters on all water supply connections or on those on which a high water consumption is expected. In that case, the Tenant is obliged to pay for the consumption as per meter readings as well as any taxes and charges related thereto, including water drainage charge, green taxes, etc. Business lease until 1 February 2021. Tenant’s consumption of water in BBR 78 (lab building) is settled according to a meter installed and paid by the Landlord. The Landlord accepts no responsibility for any temporary interruptions in the supply of water, but must ensure that such interruptions are remedied without delay.
Water Consumption. The Marina Operator has the right to charge Tenant an additional fee for high consumption of City water from any hose bib on the dock or on or within the Marina building. Water shall be consumed for purposes of filling potable water tanks and performing necessary wash downs. Water shall be conserved and not left running unnecessarily. Dock water may be turned off without notice to conduct repairs or prevent freezing.
Water Consumption. Upon notification by ARLINGTON, CUSTOMER shall provide data and supporting documentation on total water consumption for accounts feeding into the ARLINGTON wastewater system during the four winter billing months (December, January, February, and March) to ARLINGTON within 30 days. Billing months need not be calendar months. Where available, this total consumption should be separated into consumption by type of account as listed in Exhibit “C” of this contract.
Water Consumption. 1.7.1 The Landlord and the Tenant will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the water consumption of the Premises. 1.7.2 The Landlord and the Tenant will regularly monitor water consumption within the Premises. 1.7.3 The Landlord will use reasonable endeavours to connect the Premises to a recycled water supply, if such supply is available. If a recycled water supply is connected to the Premises, the Tenant will make reasonable use of such supply, provided that the cost of using such supply is reasonable.
Water Consumption. Landlord is committed to reducing water consumption at the Project. Landlord may track water usage of the Common Areas, the Building and/or other buildings at the Project and record such water consumption data via ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager or other tracking tools. Such data may be used for the purposes of measuring, monitoring and reducing the water consumption of the Project.
Water Consumption. Residents’ water consumption will be audited by electronic monitoring. Lessees shall be limited to 3,000 gallons per registered resident per month. Excessive use of water is prohibited. Watering with a hose is prohibited. Washing vehicles is prohibited. Use of sprinklers is prohibited. Taking in someone else’s laundry is prohibited. Lessees using more than the allotted amount of water as described above shall receive written warnings. If a lessee continues excessive use of water (more than the allotted 3,000 gallons per tenant per month) the lessee may be evicted.
Water Consumption. The Company shall use best efforts to minimize water consumption at the Facility. Water consumption techniques shall include: (a) a commitment to utilizing hand watering techniques to ensure plants only receive the minimum amount of water needed for each plant; (b) a commitment to not engaging in water intensive cultivation methods such as ebb and flood hydroponic cultivation; and (c) installation of dehumidifiers in each room where cultivation occurs to collect and reuse moisture evaporating from plants resulting in reclamation of significant quantities of water.
Water Consumption. Lessee shall be responsible and shall reimburse Lessor for all costs and expenses relating to water capacity, commodity, and sewer charges in excess of one thousand five hundred gallons (1,500 gals.) per month as determined by Lessor during the term of this Lease, promptly as each costs or expenses shall become due and payable.
Water Consumption. 1. Authority for the appropriation of surface and ground waters is required prior to the withdrawal of any such waters by the Supply System. The Council, on behalf of the Supply System, has initiated the legally required steps to obtain such authority. There is no information presently available which would indicate that the proposed appropriations will impair existing rights or be detrimental to the public welfare. Authority in the form of permits or certificates to appropriate surface or groundwater of the State of Washington for use in Hanford No. 2 shall become a part of this certification agreement when perfected and are, by this reference, incorporated herein.
